Sales Executive – Information Technology – CYBERONICS ME
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with key accounts to drive sales and achieve targets.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within assigned accounts.
- Create and deliver sales presentations to potential clients.
- Negotiate and close sales contracts and deliver with clients.
- Provide excellent customer service and support to existing clients.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and meet sales goals.
- Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends.
- Attend industry events and conferences to network and generate leads.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Business or related field.
- Proven track record of success in sales account management.
- Experience in the information technology sector.
- Minimum 3-5 years of relevant work experience.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Excellent presentation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
- Self-motivated and driven to achieve targets.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proven work experience as a Sales account manager or Sales account executive
- Hands on experience in information technology sales and key vendors like CISCO, HPE ARUBA, DELL,MICROSOFT, NETAPP, LENOVO, LOGITECH, HUAWEI, COMMSCOPE, network portfolio, wireless systems, data center solutions, cybersecurity, backup and network storage and an ability to deliver excellent customer experience
- Knowledge of CRM software and MS Office (MS Excel in particular)
- Understanding of sales performance metrics
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- An ability to deliver projects and answer inquiries on time
- Business acumen with a problem-solving attitude
- Fluency in English and Arabic languages preferred
- Transferable iqama and driving license is a must
