Responsibilities
Client Engagement: Identify and approach potential clients in designated territories to promote and sell our services. Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers to foster loyalty and repeat business. Sales Strategy: Create and implement effective sales strategies to achieve or exceed sales targets and objectives. Market Research: Gather market intelligence and competitor insights to identify trends and opportunities for growth. Product Knowledge: Maintain a deep understanding of our product offerings and effectively communicate their benefits to clients. Reporting: Prepare regular reports on sales activities, forecasts, and market conditions for management review. Networking: Attend industry events, trade shows, and community functions to expand your network and promote our brand. Customer Feedback: Gather and communicate customer feedback to the product development team to improve offerings. Qualifications: Proven experience in outdoor sales or a related field. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Self-motivated with a results-oriented approach. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. Familiarity with CRM software and sales analytics tools. Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel frequently.
