Job Description
Act as a front line sales executive and contribute to the revenue share through retail and direct sales. Address customer service requests ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction, thereby supporting the organization in effectively building and maintaining customer relationships.
Responsibilities
- Promote and cross-sell Batelco's existing range of products and services through retail shops, telemarketing, roadshows, and other events to achieve individual sales targets.
- Conduct market studies to identify venues for hosting events and roadshows.
- Generate sales leads through roadshows, events, and telemarketing calls.
- Process all types of customer service requests (e.g., service provisioning, bill payments, queries, complaints) in a timely and accurate manner.
- Regularly track and clear all suspended and rejected service requests.
- Conduct background checks (e.g., credit check, age, blacklist) for service provisioning.
- Collect, validate, and upload consumer documents to initiate service provisioning requests.
- Restore disconnected services in a timely manner in line with credit control procedures after receiving outstanding dues on customer accounts.
- Carry out daily cash and revenue collection securely and prepare daily financial transactions.
- Deposit all revenue collections ready for banking within the stipulated time period.
- Conduct and report daily stocktakes to ensure optimum inventory levels are maintained.
- Liaise with internal departments to address customer queries related to partial payments, disputes, instalments, refunds, or transfers.
- Liaise with the Product Marketing and Marketing Communication teams for promotions at retail outlets.
- Follow processes and quality standards while addressing customer requests to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Undertake execution of any project or initiative for the department and organization as identified based on business needs.
- Take ownership of attending trainings as per the plan.
- Complete the PMS process and employee engagement surveys on time.
- Continuously share knowledge and understanding of the telecom industry and business trends.
Qualifications
- 0-3 years of experience in Sales & Marketing.
- Experience in a customer care or customer environment.
- Fluency in oral and written Arabic and English or other languages.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or Sales.
