Sales Executive
Job Description
We are seeking a Sales Executive with a minimum of 5 years of experience in the construction and landscape maintenance industry. The Sales Executive will be responsible for promoting and selling our services to potential clients. This role requires excellent communication skills, a strong sales background, and the ability to identify and target potential clients.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with potential and existing clients in the construction and landscape maintenance industry.
- Meet and exceed sales targets set by the company.
- Conduct research to identify potential clients and their needs
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations to potential clients
- Prepare and submit proposals and contracts to clients
- Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients
- Collaborate with other departments within the company to ensure customer satisfaction
- Stay up to date with industry trends and market conditions
- Attend industry events and conferences to promote the company's services
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree, Marketing, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of sales experience in the construction and landscape maintenance industry
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to identify and target potential clients
- Excellent presentation and negotiation skills
- Familiarity with industry trends and market conditions
- Should Have NOC
- Must have Driving License with a Car.
- Can Speak Fluent English and Arabic.
- Must be Female Lebanese or Filipina
This Sales Executive position requires a motivated and results-driven individual with a proven track record in sales. The successful candidate will have the ability to work independently and as part of a team, as well as the ability to build strong relationships with clients.
