Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.
Proven experience in sales, preferably in a technical or engineering-related field.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Strong problem-solving abilities and technical aptitude.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Willingness to travel as needed.

Responsibilities
  1. Product Knowledge and Expertise:
  • Gain an in-depth understanding of the company’s products and services.
  • Stay updated on the latest industry trends and technologies to provide accurate and current information to clients.

2. Client Relationship Management:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
  • Understand client needs and offer tailored solutions to meet their requirements.

3. Sales and Business Development:

  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through networking, market research, and client referrals.
  • Prepare and deliver technical presentations that explain products or services to customers and prospective customers.

4. Technical Support and Consultation:

  • Provide pre-sales technical assistance and product education.
  • Work closely with the engineering team to address client concerns and provide solutions.

5. Proposal and Quotation Preparation:

  • Prepare and present sales proposals, quotations, and contracts to clients.
  • Ensure that proposals align with client needs and company capabilities.

6. Negotiation and Closing:

  • Negotiate terms and conditions of sales agreements with clients.
  • Work towards closing deals and achieving sales targets.

7. Post-Sales Support:

  • Ensure successful delivery and implementation of products or services.
  • Provide post-sales support and ensure customer satisfaction.

8. Reporting and Documentation:

  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and technical issues.
  • Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review.

9. Collaboration and Coordination:

  • Coordinate with the marketing team to develop strategies and promotional activities.
  • Work with the product development team to communicate customer feedback and product requirements.

10. Travel and Fieldwork:

  • Travel to meet with clients and attend industry events or conferences as required.
  • Conduct on-site visits to understand client needs and provide solutions.

11. Continuous Learning and Development:

  • Participate in training programs to enhance sales skills and product knowledge.
  • Stay updated with new developments in the industry and incorporate them into sales strategies.

Qualifications:
