Job Description
We are currently looking for a highly skilled and motivated Sales Engineer with a proven sales track in selling Heavy Machinery.
Responsibilities
- Contributing to the achievement of revenue, unit sales, and customer engagement through effective sales process management.
- increasing customer retention and efficient distribution strategy.
- Seek out and target new customers and new sales opportunities.
- initiate action plans to approach and secure new business for the Division.
- Proactively manage customer requirements for on-time delivery taking into account lead times, product specification changes, and customer demand.
- Develop and maintain a strong working relationship with key contacts.
- Able to manage every element of the sales process on an individual level.
- Remain abreast with the latest regulations, standards, and good working practices within the industry
Qualifications:
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineer preferable or related field.
Experience:
- Proven 2 years work experience in Outdoor Sales of Construction (Light and Heavy Equipment)
Other Requirements:
- Heavy Equipment (earthmoving and- concrete products.)
- Oman market field experience is a must.
- Key Account management skills.
- Ability to establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
- Knowledge of MS Office.
- Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in Equipment sales.
- Ability to create and deliver presentations.
- Excellent Communication skills.
- Valid Oman driving license.
