Job Description

We are currently looking for a highly skilled and motivated Sales Engineer with a proven sales track in selling Heavy Machinery.

Responsibilities
  • Contributing to the achievement of revenue, unit sales, and customer engagement through effective sales process management.
  • increasing customer retention and efficient distribution strategy.
  • Seek out and target new customers and new sales opportunities.
  • initiate action plans to approach and secure new business for the Division.
  • Proactively manage customer requirements for on-time delivery taking into account lead times, product specification changes, and customer demand.
  • Develop and maintain a strong working relationship with key contacts.
  • Able to manage every element of the sales process on an individual level.
  • Remain abreast with the latest regulations, standards, and good working practices within the industry

Qualifications:

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineer preferable or related field.

Experience:

  • Proven 2 years work experience in Outdoor Sales of Construction (Light and Heavy Equipment)

Other Requirements:

  • Heavy Equipment (earthmoving and- concrete products.)
  • Oman market field experience is a must.
  • Key Account management skills.
  • Ability to establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
  • Knowledge of MS Office.
  • Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in Equipment sales.
  • Ability to create and deliver presentations.
  • Excellent Communication skills.
  • Valid Oman driving license.
