Sales Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and manage sales activities related to hotel and restaurant utilities, kitchen equipment, furniture, and clothing.
• Identify and understand customer needs to effectively sell products and services.
• Present, promote, and sell products/services using well-prepared arguments to prospective customers.
• Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
• Reach out to potential customers through cold calling and other lead generation techniques.
• Achieve sales targets and outcomes within the agreed-upon schedule.
• Provide support to the sales team by preparing and processing orders, managing client accounts, and tracking sales performance.
• Assist in organizing sales meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
• Prepare regular sales reports and provide updates to management on sales progress.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in selling hotel and restaurant utilities, kitchen equipment, furniture, and clothing.
• Strong understanding of customer needs and ability to tailor sales strategies accordingly.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain customer relationships.
• Proficiency in cold calling and other sales techniques to generate leads.
• Ability to meet and exceed sales targets within the designated timeframe.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail for managing sales processes and customer interactions.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software is preferred.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
