Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and customer-oriented Cashier/Sales Executive to join our team. This dual-role position requires an individual who can efficiently handle cash transactions and sales responsibilities while delivering outstanding service to our members and guests.
Responsibilities
Cashier Duties: - Operate the cash register and handle cash, credit, and debit transactions accurately. - Process memberships, renewals, and other club-related transactions. - Maintain a clean and organized checkout area. Issue receipts, refunds, and change as necessary. - Reconcile register at the end of each shift and prepare day end report. - Address and resolve customer inquiries or issues related to transactions. Sales Executive Duties: - Promote and sell club memberships, packages, and services to prospective and existing members. - Provide detailed information about club offerings, including programs, facilities, and promotions. - Assist with creating and implementing sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual targets. - Follow up with leads and potential members to convert inquiries into sales. - Build and maintain strong relationships with members to encourage loyalty and retention.
