Sales & Business Development Manager – Digital Marketing – Digital Falcon Services FZE
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to attract clients looking for digital marketing services such as website design, SEO, social media marketing, and performance marketing.
- Proactively generate leads through networking, referrals, online research, and other creative methods.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients to understand their digital marketing needs and offer tailored solutions.
- Conduct client meetings ( at least 15 meetings in a week), presentations, and sales pitches to showcase our services and demonstrate their value.
- Negotiate and close deals, ensuring mutual benefit for the client and the company.
- Collaborate with the internal marketing and technical teams to ensure smooth project delivery and client satisfaction.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activity and pipeline management using CRM tools.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitive offerings to position Marxray’s services effectively.
Desired Candidate Profile
Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in digital marketing or a related field.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing services, including SEO, social media marketing, performance marketing, and website development.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency with CRM software and other sales tools.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
