Sales Associate – Skin Care / Cosmetics

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide outstanding customer service by greeting and assisting customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Offer expert advice and recommendations on skincare products based on customer needs and preferences.
• Demonstrate and promote products effectively to drive sales and enhance customer satisfaction.
• Maintain a well-organized and visually appealing store environment.
• Process transactions accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale (POS) system.
• Address and resolve customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints with a positive attitude.
• Stay informed about new product launches, industry trends, and promotions.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and contribute to a positive team environment

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 1 - 2 years of experience in sales or customer service within the skincare industry in Qatar.
• Strong knowledge of skincare products, trends, and techniques.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to build and maintain customer relationships.
• Proficiency with POS systems and basic cash handling.
• Positive attitude, reliability, and a strong work ethic.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous retail experience in a skincare or beauty environment.
• Ability to provide personalized skincare consultations and solutions.
