Job Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and bilingual Sales and Customer Service Executive to lead our sales efforts and support customer service needs. Only Saudi nationals are accepted for this role. We strongly encourage individuals with disabilities to apply, as we are committed to building an inclusive and diverse workplace. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills in both English and Arabic and be able to balance sales with exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Focus on driving sales of printer rental and leasing services, achieving sales targets.
  • Build and nurture relationships with new and existing clients, ensuring satisfaction and long-term engagement.
  • Identify potential business opportunities and market trends to support growth in the Riyadh area.
  • Provide top-quality customer service support, including handling client inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement sales strategies.
  • Prepare persuasive sales presentations, negotiate terms, and close deals effectively.
  • Maintain accurate client records and sales data in CRM systems.
  • Deliver timely follow-ups and after-sales support to reinforce client relationships.

Qualifications:

  • Only Saudi nationals are eligible to apply.
  • Proficiency in English and Arabic (both spoken and written).
  • Proven track record in sales, ideally within the IT or office equipment industry.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for both sales and customer support.
  • Ability to work independently, handle multiple responsibilities, and stay self-motivated.
