Responsibilities
  • Coach and develop your team to be the best in performance and results. 
  • Lead the execution of the acquisition strategy in your market. 
  • Drive pipeline management and goal attainment. 
  • Help your team close complex deals and ensure you are present in tough negotiations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful onboarding of new partners.
  • Stay informed about industry developments and provide strategic insights to the leadership team. 
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive acquisition strategy, aligning with overall business objectives. 
  • Lead and inspire a team of acquisition professionals, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration. 
  • Oversee the end-to-end process of acquiring new restaurant partners, ensuring a seamless and efficient onboarding experience.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with restaurant owners, decision-makers, and key stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure cross-functional alignment and support for new restaurant partners. 
  • Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of acquisition efforts. 
  • Prepare regular reports and updates for senior management, highlighting achievements and proposing strategic adjustments. 
  • Conduct in-depth market analysis to identify trends, competitor activities, and opportunities for expansion. 
  • Provide strategic insights to the leadership team based on market intelligence. 
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to optimize processes and enhance the overall efficiency of the acquisition pipeline.
