The ideal candidate should have a strong background in IT Solutions sales, excellent communication skills and a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationship with key customers, understand their business needs and provide tailored IT solutions.
- Identify new business opportunities and potential customers through market research and networking.
- Meet and exceed sales targets by actively promoting and selling company's solutions to existing and new customers.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals and contracts to potential customers.
- Negotiate and close deals, ensuring profitability and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery and implementation of proposed solutions.
- Provide regular reports and updates on sales activities, pipeline and forecast to the management.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, competition and market conditions to identify new business opportunities.
Preferred Candidate:
- 4-6 years of experience in sales in the areas of Digital Transformation, Cyber Security, IT Consulting Services & Outsourcing.
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Marketing or a related field.
- Good knowledge and understanding of FinTech & Digital solutions including ML & AI.
- Well conversant with Cyber Security concepts & market trends.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong negotiation, communication and presentation skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationship with customers.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented with a proactive approach to sales.
- Ability to work independently and as part of the team.
- Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools.
