Responsibilities
- Manage account(s) within client relationships, working to carry out client goals while meeting company goals.
- Experience in IT, IoT, RFID, Mobility or technology field with exposure to software / solution selling & good communication skills
- Account Manager –Wireless & Networking : , specifically within the wireless technology sector. Strong understanding of wireless networking protocols (e.g., Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, etc)..
- Handle engagement and interaction with the client in the form of meetings and presentations, and send over integral deliverables like reports and other materials regularly.
- Communicates regularly with several clients to keep them updated about the state of their account. The focus of an account manager lies in creating and nurturing long-term relationship with these clients.
Qualifications:
- Ability to manage oversee and multiple tasks and activities.
- Seamless interaction with a confident body language to connect and follow-up with clients and team members.
- A mix of business understanding and leadership affinity.
- Exceptional ability to engage individuals in discussions and take charge of the topic.
