Job Description
Fluent in Russian and English, both spoken and written.
Previous customer service experience, preferably in a call center or similar environment.
Strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively explain complex information to customers.
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Ability to work well in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service to Russian-speaking customers, ensuring their needs are met and issues are resolved.
- Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and timely manner.
- Assist customers with product information, order status, and account inquiries.
- Process customer orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently.
- Collaborate with other team members to resolve complex customer issues and escalate as needed.
