Responsibilities
  • Supervise day-to-day activities and assist in the food and beverage outlets
  • Create innovative programs and promotions that drive revenue through increased guest patronage
  • Aid in all financial budgeting operations to maximize profitability
  • Managing employees and hiring new employees
  • Responsible for suppliers
  • Ensure that all municipal requirements are followed
  • Calculating the value of dishes (food cost)
  • Proficient in using Foodics programs
  • Proficient in daily closing, daily accounts, and sales reports
  • Profit and loss
  • Inventory Management
Desired Candidate Profile
  1. At least 1-2 years' of full-service restaurant management
  2. Flexibility in working hours and a willingness to cover shifts as needed
  3. Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
