Primary Duties & responsibilities include but not limited to:
Responsibilities
- Greet incoming and departing guests warmly with a genuine smile and eye contact; guide them to their seats; present menu Inform guest of current promotion and who will be serving them to ensure a smooth handoff to the service staff
- Tend to special guest needs and requests
- Observant to guests' needs throughout dining experience to ensure they receive high quality service
- Maintain guest relations by ensuring guests are comfortable all the way through to the farewell stage
- Answer incoming calls to the restaurant and provide appropriate service
- Manage the flow of Guests, provide accurate wait times to waiting list guest
- Assist service staff by setting, clearing tables and manage seating
- Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
- Maintain a clean and orderly reception area and manages stationary and menus
- Any other tasks as assigned by the manager
