Reservation Manager
Job Description
We are seeking a talented Holiday Homes Revenue Manager (Reservation) to optimize revenue
generation for our portfolio of holiday homes.
We are looking for Immediate Joiners.
Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement revenue management strategies to optimize profitability and occupancy rates.
- Conduct regular market research, set and adjust the rental rates accordingly
- Ensure optimal pricing and inventory allocation for holiday homes
- Analyze and report on KPIs such as RevPAR, ADR, and occupancy rates
- Cooperate with sales, reservations and accounts teams
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2-4 years of UAE experience in revenue management within the holiday homes/ vacation rentals / hospitality industry
- Proven experience managing OTA channels and reservations systems
- Strong analytical skills
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, hospitality, business management or any relevant field
- Certification in revenue management will be a plus
Job Type: Full-time Pay: From AED7,000.00 per month
