Job Description
The R&D Lead position is responsible for leading a team of scientists and technologists
accountable for conducting end to end research activities as per the NPD & EPD strategy to
support company’s long-term and short-term business targets.
Responsibilities
- The person will manage the R&D competency center having Formulation R&D, Packaging R&D and Regulatory Affairs team, ensuring development and successful launch of consumer centric products(Home Care, Personal Care & OTC category) for local and global markets in close coordination with Marketing and other cross-functional teams.
- Min 8-10 Years of experience in managing projects in FMCG industry – Home care or personal care category Well experienced in managing project and large teams.
- Experience in managing CFT communication and relationship Well experience with R&D laboratory day-to-day operations and factory manufacturing set-ups
