Research Assistant
Job Description
This research assistant will assist in the acquisition, cleaning, and annotation of Arabic essay datasets. They will also contribute to the development and fine-tuning of machine learning models for automated essay scoring. The RA will participate in research and experiments involving cross-lingual and cross-prompt learning models.
Responsibilities
- Follows research plans in order to collect, record and manipulate research data. Maintains accurate and detailed research records.
- This research assistant will assist in the acquisition, cleaning, and annotation of Arabic essay datasets.
- They will also contribute to the development and fine-tuning of machine learning models for automated essay scoring.
- The RA will participate in research and experiments involving cross-lingual and cross-prompt learning models.
- They will support the integration and deployment of the developed AES system at the end-user sites.
- The RA will collaborate with team members to prepare research papers, reports, and presentations.
- They will also perform other research-related tasks as required by the project.
