Job Description
The Corporate Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales activities within the corporate sector in Bahrain, generating leads and sales, managing key client accounts, and ensuring building up a robust sales pipeline. This role requires a go-getter with excellent interpersonal skills, the ability to build and maintain relationships, and a strong track record in achieving sales targets.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve corporate sales targets.
- Develop strong relationships with customers, connecting with key business executives and stakeholders and preparing sales reports for management
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the corporate sector.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform sales tactics and identify emerging trends.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key corporate clients.
- Serve as the main point of contact for assigned accounts, addressing client needs and concerns promptly.
- Conduct regular client meetings and reviews to ensure satisfaction and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.
- Lead the sales process from prospecting to closing, including negotiation and preparing proposals.
- Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., marketing, product development) to tailor solutions to client needs.
- Track and report on sales performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Implement strategies to enhance client retention and loyalty.
- Identify and develop opportunities for account growth and expansion.
- Address and resolve any issues or challenges faced by clients in a timely and effective manner.
- Work closely with other sales team members to share knowledge and best practices.
- Contribute to the overall success of the sales department.
Requirements:
- The ideal candidate should be a graduate with at least 5 years of experience in selling services to corporate clients, and should have a strong passion for sales with a focus on corporate accounts or B2B sales.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, as well as the ability to interact effectively with business clients
- Experience working with senior management in corporate sector including presentations and pitching
- Self-motivated and results-oriented with a proactive approach to sales.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- High level of integrity and professionalism.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and internal teams.
- Candidates with knowledge of Telecom, Cloud services, Cybersecurity, Broadband, Voice, and ICT experience are preferred.
