Job Description

A Relationship Manager is responsible for building and maintaining positive relationships with customers, identifying opportunities for business growth, and resolving customer complaints. They possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills and work closely with sales and marketing teams to boost profitability and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities
  • Manage the relationship with banks and NBFIs in MENAT; Conduct the onboarding KYC procedure and establish Correspondent Relationship under the guidance of head office and head of department;
  • Complete the internal rating initiation, credit investigation and credit-post management of local FIs;
  • Promote correspondent banks to open RMB vostro account and engage in more RMB remittance;
  • Liaise with both sister branches & correspondent banks for corporations, such as guarantee reissuance, syndicated loan etc;
  • Complete the KYC review for ongoing correspondent banks as per internal policy;
  • Report adverse information or news detected to Compliance team;
  • File related reports required by central bank of UAE, head office, auditor and other institutions;
  • Deputize other colleagues of CB if necessary.
