Job Description
A nurse anesthetist provides pain medication (anesthesia) care for patients before, during, and after surgery. They administer medications to keep patients asleep or pain-free during surgery and constantly monitor every biological function of the patient’s body.
Responsibilities
- Bachelor’s degree in nursing
- Minimum of [3] years of clinical experience in anesthesia nursing.
- Strong knowledge of anesthesia principles, techniques, and pharmacology.
- Proficiency in monitoring equipment and anesthesia delivery systems.
- Excellent critical thinking assessment, and communication skills.
- Commitment to patient safety, quality care, and continuous professional development.
- ACLS or ALS or equivalent.
- IT skills.
- Proficient in written and spoken English
