- Utilize various platforms to attract skilled professionals for various organizational profiles.
- Plan a full-proof hiring process that covers the six stages of recruitment, from preparation to the onboarding stage.
- Understand the role of each profile in the organization and create clear job requirement templates.
- Take charge of sourcing talented professionals by posting job profiles on well-known job portals.
