  • Develop a systematic approach to plan an efficient hiring schedule for the prescribed profiles.
  • Utilize various platforms to attract skilled professionals for various organizational profiles.
  • Plan a full-proof hiring process that covers the six stages of recruitment, from preparation to the onboarding stage.
  • Understand the role of each profile in the organization and create clear job requirement templates.
  • Take charge of sourcing talented professionals by posting job profiles on well-known job portals.
