Job Description
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Engineering or any related field.
Minimum of 5 to 8 years of experience in talent acquisition within the Oil & Gas industry.
Responsibilities
- · Lead and manage the end-to-end recruitment process for both blue and white-collar positions within the Oil & Gas sector.
- · Develop and implement strategic talent acquisition plans to meet the staffing needs of the
- organization.
- · Conduct local and overseas recruitment campaigns, ensuring compliance with all legal and
- company requirements.
- · Handle bulk hiring projects efficiently and effectively.
- · Screen, interview, and assess candidates to ensure the best fit for the company’s requirements.
- · Manage the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition and positive experience.
- · Maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates through proactive sourcing methods.
- · Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide expert advice on recruitment strategies.
- · Utilize various recruitment tools and platforms to attract and engage top talent.
- · Ensure all recruitment activities are aligned with company policies and procedures.
- · Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment activities to senior management.
- Qualifications:
- Extensive experience in blue and white-collar recruitment, onboarding, and bulk hiring.
- · Strong technical knowledge of oil and gas positions and industry-specific requirements.
- · Excellent command of English, both verbal and written. Knowledge of Hindi and Arabic is an added advantage.
- · Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- · Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- · Proficiency in using recruitment tools and platforms.
- · Strong organizational and time management skills.
- · Ability to build and maintain relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and external partners.
