Job Description

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Engineering or any related field.
Minimum of 5 to 8 years of experience in talent acquisition within the Oil & Gas industry.

Responsibilities
  • · Lead and manage the end-to-end recruitment process for both blue and white-collar positions within the Oil & Gas sector.
  • · Develop and implement strategic talent acquisition plans to meet the staffing needs of the
  • organization.
  • · Conduct local and overseas recruitment campaigns, ensuring compliance with all legal and
  • company requirements.
  • · Handle bulk hiring projects efficiently and effectively.
  • · Screen, interview, and assess candidates to ensure the best fit for the company’s requirements.
  • · Manage the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition and positive experience.
  • · Maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates through proactive sourcing methods.
  • · Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide expert advice on recruitment strategies.
  • · Utilize various recruitment tools and platforms to attract and engage top talent.
  • · Ensure all recruitment activities are aligned with company policies and procedures.
  • · Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment activities to senior management.
  • Qualifications:
  • Extensive experience in blue and white-collar recruitment, onboarding, and bulk hiring.
  • · Strong technical knowledge of oil and gas positions and industry-specific requirements.
  • · Excellent command of English, both verbal and written. Knowledge of Hindi and Arabic is an added advantage.
  • · Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • · Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • · Proficiency in using recruitment tools and platforms.
  • · Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • · Ability to build and maintain relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and external partners.
