Job Description
- Discuss and establish qualification requirements and terms and conditions of employment with managers;
 - Formulate detailed job descriptions;
 - Using web-based technology and social media, analyzes hiring trends, post job vacancies, and following up with candidates during the hiring process;
 - Conducts phone calls or meetings to create a shortlist of qualified candidates;
 - Mediates between candidates and hiring managers;
 - Maintains a database of high potential applicants for future vacancies;
 - Produces reports on hiring plans and strategies;
 - Measures the results of candidate interviews and job placements using the available hiring metrics software or any systems & procedures in place;
 - Analyzes recruitment procedures and the performance of recruitment agencies, and recommends improvements and/or changes.
