Job Description

  • Discuss and establish qualification requirements and terms and conditions of employment with managers;
  • Formulate detailed job descriptions;
  • Using web-based technology and social media, analyzes hiring trends, post job vacancies, and following up with candidates during the hiring process;
  • Conducts phone calls or meetings to create a shortlist of qualified candidates;
  • Mediates between candidates and hiring managers;
  • Maintains a database of high potential applicants for future vacancies;
  • Produces reports on hiring plans and strategies;
  • Measures the results of candidate interviews and job placements using the available hiring metrics software or any systems & procedures in place;
  • Analyzes recruitment procedures and the performance of recruitment agencies, and recommends improvements and/or changes.
