Responsibilities
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies.
- Source, screen, and interview candidates to assess their qualifications and fit for various roles.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from job posting to offer negotiation and onboarding.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve recruitment processes.
- Familiar with Qatar Labor Law regarding overseas & local recruitment process
Requirements:
- Male (Any Nationality) and can join immediately
- With valid QID and transferrable NOC
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- With F&B / Retail / Hospitality background
- Proven experience as a Recruitment Officer or similar role, preferably in Qatar
- Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and sourcing techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with team members.
