Recruitment Executive – Confidential Company

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
  • Conduct thorough candidate screenings and interviews to assess qualifications and fit for open positions.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and provide guidance on recruitment best practices.
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, sourcing candidates, and making job offers.
  • Build and maintain a network of qualified candidates through networking events, job fairs, and online platforms.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in recruitment to ensure competitive advantage.
  • Create and maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system.
  • Negotiate and finalize employment offers, including salary, benefits, and start dates.
  • Coordinate and conduct onboarding activities for new hires to ensure a smooth transition into the organization.
  • Collaborate with the HR team to develop and implement talent acquisition policies and procedures.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment from Construction Industry.
  • Professional certification in recruitment or human resources is a plus.
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment techniques and best practices.
  • Familiarity with recruitment software and tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Attention to detail and the ability to multitask.
