Recruitment Executive – Confidential Company
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
- Conduct thorough candidate screenings and interviews to assess qualifications and fit for open positions.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and provide guidance on recruitment best practices.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, sourcing candidates, and making job offers.
- Build and maintain a network of qualified candidates through networking events, job fairs, and online platforms.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in recruitment to ensure competitive advantage.
- Create and maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system.
- Negotiate and finalize employment offers, including salary, benefits, and start dates.
- Coordinate and conduct onboarding activities for new hires to ensure a smooth transition into the organization.
- Collaborate with the HR team to develop and implement talent acquisition policies and procedures.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment from Construction Industry.
- Professional certification in recruitment or human resources is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment techniques and best practices.
- Familiarity with recruitment software and tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
