One of our clients, a leading Riyadh-based company, is currently expanding and looking for a Recruitment Coordinator to help their talent acquisition team. The role will mainly cover the following responsibilities:
Responsibilities
- Arranging job interviews
- Managing recruitment-related documents
- Updating trackers
- Works with hiring managers and recruitment agencies, ensuring a seamless recruitment process
- Assists new employees in onboarding
- Ensures hiring procedures comply with company policies and legal requirements.
Requirements:
- BSc degree in Human Resources Management or relevant field
- Relevant experience as a recruitment coordinator or any similar role
- Experience liaising with recruitment agencies will be advantageous
- Must be organized, excellent time-management skills with keen attention to details
- Team player
- Can handle multiple tasks
- Willing to work in Riyadh
