- Provide timely and professional communication to candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Candidate Sourcing: Utilize various recruitment platforms and networks to identify and attract potential candidates.
- Application Management: Review resumes and applications, conduct initial screenings, and maintain candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
- Interview Coordination: Schedule and organize interviews, ensuring all necessary parties are informed and prepared.
- Communication: Serve as a point of contact for candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing timely updates and feedback.
- Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers to understand position requirements and team dynamics.
- Recruitment Events: Assist in planning and coordinating recruitment events, job fairs, and campus recruiting initiatives.
- Data Management: Maintain accurate records of recruitment metrics, including candidate flow and time-to-fill statistics.
- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to enhance recruitment processes and candidate experience.
- Compliance: Ensure recruitment practices comply with relevant laws and regulations.
