Responsibilities

● Greet and welcome visitors with professionalism and courtesy, directing them to the appropriate personnel or department.

● Answer and route incoming calls, take messages, and manage inquiries effectively.

● Maintain a tidy and organized reception area, ensuring supplies are stocked and guest materials are available.

● Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries, ensuring accurate distribution.

● Provide administrative support, including data entry, filing, and scheduling meetings or appointments.

Desired Candidate Profile

● High school diploma or equivalent qualification.

● Proven experience in a receptionist or customer service role, preferably in a corporate environment.

● Proficiency in Google Workspace (Gmail, Calendar, Drive) and basic office equipment (e.g., phone systems, printers).

● Excellent interpersonal skills to engage with individuals from diverse backgrounds professionally and courteously.

● Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.

● Familiarity with office procedures, including the handling of confidential information.
