Receptionist-Omani female – RABHR
Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls.
- Manage front desk operations, including receiving and distributing mail and packages.
- Maintain a tidy and presentable reception area at all times.
- Assist with scheduling appointments and managing meeting room bookings.
- Provide basic information to clients and visitors about the company.
- Perform administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and handling correspondence.
Requirements:
- General Diploma
- Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel and word)
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Professional appearance and a customer-oriented approach.
