Receptionist – Beit Sisu

Responsibilities
  • Deliver first-class customer service at all times
  • Greet, assist and check-in customers to their private suites
  • Respond to customer questions at the studio, per phone and email
  • Ensure a clean and welcoming atmosphere at all times, by cleaning each of the suites after a session
  • Manage bookings and handle payments
  • Custom to each customer's needs
  • Maintain product knowledge for all studio operations
  • 5 days per week
  • LOVE for cleaning
  • Excellent English
  • Experience in hospitality/fitness industry
  • Communication skills
  • Computer basics
