• Strong knowledge for OFF-PLAN & Secondary Properties (RENT/SALE).
• Consult with clients on how to sell their home quickly and for a good value.
• Advise clients throughout the negotiation process to help them get maximum value for their home.
• Study your local real estate community and be knowledgeable on current home sales. .
• Advertise your realtor services to the local community through marketing materials and networking.

Requirements:

• Must have at least 2 Years Experience in REAL ESTATE INDUSTRY
• Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills
• Strong Negotiation and Closing Skills Goal-Oriented with a Track Record of Meeting or Exceeding Sales Targets
• Bilingual is a Plus Preferably with UAE Driving License
• Must have knowledge of Dubai Market
• Must have knowledge of RERA
