  • Conducting property tours and showcasing available units to potential tenants.
  • Assisting tenants with the leasing process, including completing applications, background checks, and lease agreements.
  • Responding to inquiries from prospective tenants and providing information about properties, rental terms, and available amenities.
  • Negotiating lease terms and rental rates with tenants.
  • Conducting market research to stay updated on local rental trends and pricing.
  • Creating and maintaining accurate records of rental applications, leases, and other relevant documents.
  • Resolving tenant complaints and addressing maintenance issues in a timely manner.
  • Assisting with marketing efforts, including creating property listings and promoting vacancies through online platforms and marketing campaigns.
  • Keeping up-to-date with local and federal rental laws and regulations to ensure compliance.
