Job Description

As a Real Estate Agent with Vidabricks Real Estate LLC, you will be responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of clients while facilitating property transactions in the Dubai market. This role offers the opportunity to earn a competitive income through a commission-based structure, with the potential for substantial earnings based on performance.

Responsibilities
  • Client Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing expert advice on property investments and transactions.
  • Property Listings: Source and manage property listings, ensuring they are accurately represented and marketed to attract potential buyers or tenants.
  • Market Research: Conduct thorough market research and stay up-to-date with industry trends to provide clients with the most relevant information and guidance.
  • Property Showings: Organize and conduct property viewings, showcasing properties to potential buyers or tenants and addressing any questions or concerns they may have.
  • Negotiations: Negotiate offers and contracts on behalf of clients, striving to achieve the best possible outcomes in each transaction.
  • Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets and contribute to the growth of the company.
  • Documentation: Handle all necessary paperwork and documentation related to property transactions, ensuring accuracy and compliance with legal requirements.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: 2-4 years of experience as a Real Estate Agent, preferably in the Dubai market.
  • Licensing: Valid real estate license in Dubai or the ability to obtain one.
  • Skills: Strong sales and negotiation skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
  • Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of the Dubai real estate market, including current trends, property values, and legal requirements.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
  • Technology: Proficiency in real estate software and online listing platforms.
  • Motivation: Self-motivated and results-oriented with a strong drive to achieve sales goals.
