Real Estate Agent – Rapid Homes Capital Realty LLC
Responsibilities
• Prospect for new clients through networking, cold calling, and marketing strategies.
• Conduct market research to identify properties and their potential value.
• Provide guidance and assist clients with marketing, listing and purchasing/renting properties.
• Facilitate property transactions and handle negotiations between buyers and sellers.
• Stay updated with real estate market trends, property values, and legal requirements.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with clients for repeat business and referrals.
Desired Candidate Profile
• Candidate should have prior Real estate sales experience of minimum 1 year.
• Proven track record of achieving targets.
• Experience in selling Off Plan, Secondary Properties and Luxury Properties.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, competitive environment.
• Valid UAE driving license (preferred).
