Job Description
We are looking for a skilled and motivated Filipino Real Estate Administrative Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in administrative tasks, knowledge of the real estate industry, and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Has enough knowledge of how to use any real estate CRM to manage, update, and maintain client and property records, especially “Propspace”.
- Has enough knowledge of how to use Trakheesi App for applying leasing permit and to check any services related.
- Has enough knowledge of all Real Estate related forms and contracts.
- Ensure compliance with VAT regulations and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) requirements, including bookkeeping and record-keeping.
- Verify property listings on platforms like Bayut, Dubizzle, and Property Finder.
- Ensure all property details are accurate and up to date.
- Handle day-to-day administrative tasks to support the real estate team.
- Manage office supplies, handle correspondence, and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Assist in coordinating meetings and viewings with clients.
- Provide excellent customer service and respond to client inquiries promptly.
