Responsibilities
Job Summary: Location: Al Sufouh 1 ( Sheikh Zayed Road ). Salary: Competitive Requirements: Must be UAE-based (preferably in Dubai), with at least 2 years of real estate admin experience. send your CV to email Responsibilities: • Provide top-notch customer service and administrative support. • Handle customer inquiries, coordinate property viewings, assist with client screening, and support team members. • Manage phone calls, emails, and appointments. • Oversee lead management, follow-ups, and reporting. • Organize property showings, photo/video shoots, and manage real estate listings. • Update databases and real estate websites. • Prepare and process documents like contracts and leases. • Support negotiations and ensure compliance with legal requirements. • Maintain accurate property and client files. • Handle RERA licenses, Trakhessi permits, and agent cards. • Manage office equipment and IT issues. • Assist with HR tasks and office supplies.
Requirements:
• 2 years of experience in real estate administration. • Proficient in Microsoft Office, database management, and Dropbox. • Knowledgeable in RERA rules, Trakheesi system, and real estate contracts. • Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to handle multiple tasks. • Strong organizational skills and ability to work under deadlines. • High school diploma required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred. • Working Days: Monday to Saturday.
