LANDSCAPE COMPANY searching for a reliable quantity surveyor to join our capable team of professionals. The quantity surveyor will be tasked with analyzing existing budgets and making improvements, reviewing plans and preparing quantity estimates,
Responsibilities
- Continuously monitoring and controlling project costs, ensure that the project expenditures align with the budgets.
- Developing detail cost estimates and budget for construction in each phase of the project.
- Managing Variation and change orders, ensuring proper documentation and cost impacts on the projects.
- Preparation of cost reports, cost to complete, cash flow analysis and profitability projection.
- Preparation of Monthly payment applications and certifications.
- Preparation and settlement of Final Accounts.
- Attending Commercial meetings and preparing the Minutes of Meeting.
