Quantity Surveyor/Estimator TENDERING – Confidential Company
Responsibilities
- Experienced in Residential Housing and High-Rise Building with Adequate Knowledge of Best Practices in Construction Industry.
- Fast learner, Comprehensive knowledge of Tendering and Costing and Can perform a wide range of Tendering, Estimation, Quantity take-off duties with a track record of carrying these different tasks efficiently and successfully in accordance with the approve Technical and Engineering methods.
- Dedicated person and focused, able to prioritize multiple tasks and able to grow in a positive relationship with clients and colleagues at all organizational levels.
- Ability to develop a Bill of Quantities with a program calculation in Excel spreadsheets.
- Ability to Relate Technical plans and Specification.
- Remarkable knowledge and usage of Microsoft Packages, AutoCAD, Acrobat & other useful software.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
- Can work independently.
- Ability to Ensure tasks are completed correctly and on time
- Ability in Reviewing and evaluating subcontractor and supplier quotations for inclusion in tender submissions
