Responsibilities
- Prepare cost estimates
- Conduct feasibility studies
- Manage project costs and budgets
- Analyze and evaluate project risks
- Create tender and contract documents
- Negotiate with contractors and suppliers
- Monitor progress and quality of work
- Prepare progress reports for clients
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations
- Provide support to project managers and other team members
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying or related field
- Professional qualifications such as MRICS
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in quantity surveying
- Experience in the construction industry
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Team player with good interpersonal skills
- Fluency in written and spoken English
