Responsibilities
- Proven post-contract experience is mandatory.

- Prepare, monitor, and control budgets and costs
- Conduct feasibility studies, cost control, and procurement strategies
- Manage contracts and subcontracts, ensuring compliance with terms and conditions
- Perform risk and value management, and cost analysis
- Provide advice on contractual claims and dispute resolution
- Prepare detailed progress reports and maintain accurate financial records
Skills
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in quantity surveying, with a focus on landscaping projects
