Quality Assurance – ICDL GCC
Responsibilities
Postion: Quality Assurance Officer Reporting to: Quality Assurance Manager The QA Officers interact with Accredited Training and Testing Centers throughout the Gulf Region. QA Officers provide administration for ICDL test sessions, technical support for the ICDL official testing software, as well as numerous other functions related to maintaining the quality and integrity of the ICDL program. Applicants should have excellent communication skills, must be native Arabic speakers, and should have some technical background. Candidates who have already completed their ICDL will be given first priority for consideration. This position does require extensive travel as QA Officers provide support for the accredited centers in their local area.
