QC Engineer – Confidential Company
Responsibilities
- Conduct QC inspection on Dubai projects upon receiving RFI from Construction Team / O&M / Call Center.
- Ensure that all inspection reports are accurate and that all attached documents are of current status.
- Raise non-conformance report to the QC Supervisor. Follow-up for required corrective actions.
- Liaise with Construction and Engineering for technical queries and concerns raised or found out during Inspection process.
- Review work procedures and method statements for compliance with the international standards and client requirements.
- Assist in preparation of project Inspection and Test Plans.
- Attend QA/QC meeting for the projects, as required.
- Coordinate with Client / Consultant QC team, as necessary.
- Conduct Handover Inspection of projects. Review Construction records for completion and acceptance.
- Train Construction staff for technical issues for improving the process.
- Coordinate with Client at the time of handover to suggest resolution for any non-conformance found during Inspection or to raise the issue to Manager for advice.
- Comply with the Company Quality and Occupational Health and Safety Policies.
- Other duties as required to assist the Project team and QHSE Department.
- Follows the environmental, safety rules, and regulations of the Company.

Desired Candidate Profile
- Desired Salary within the budget range for the position of QC Engineer/Inspector
- Holder of at least CSWIP 3.1 or AWS-CWI Level II Welding Inspector
- With experience in ISO 9001 QMS
- With experience in ISO Internal Auditing
- With experience in construction or fabrication related works
- With valid UAE Driving License
