QA Qualified – Advanced Pharmaceutical Industries
Job Description
As a QA Qualified person at our company, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and compliance of our products and processes. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement quality control measures and ensure that our products meet industry standards and customer expectations. The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Conduct quality inspections and audits to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
- Develop and implement quality control measures to identify and address potential issues in product design, manufacturing, and packaging.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define quality requirements and specifications for new products and processes.
- Review and analyze customer feedback and complaints to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Lead investigations into quality issues and non-conformances to determine root causes and implement corrective actions.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of quality control systems and procedures, and make recommendations for improvements.
- Ensure that all documentation, including standard operating procedures, work instructions, and quality records, are accurate and up to date.
- Provide training and support to employees on quality assurance processes and procedures.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and developments in quality assurance practices.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Quality Assurance or Engineering.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a quality assurance role, preferably in the pharmaceutical or medical device industry.
- Strong knowledge of quality management systems and regulatory requirements, such as ISO 9001 and FDA regulations.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in using quality assurance tools and software. Knowledge of statistical analysis techniques and tools is a plus.
