QA / QC Manager
Job Description
Quality Assurance/Quality Control Managers need strong managerial skills and a commitment to safety and quality.
Responsibilities
Duties and responsibilities include:
- Establishing and implementing the quality standards for Blow & Injection Moulded products or services
- Monitoring quality testing and identifying gaps in the testing
- Staying current on laws and regulations to ensure compliance
- Overseeing the quality assurance team
- Controlling the documentation procedures for attending Quality, Environment, Health & safety audits annually.
- Training other employees on quality procedures
- Handling quality reports and documentation
- Collecting and analyzing quality assurance data
- Working with suppliers to ensure the quality of supplies
- Inspect products or services to determine whether they meet quality standards
- Write detailed reports to explain their results to production managers and corporate leadership
- Hold meetings with production or service managers to gather detailed information about company procedures and practices
- Review company procedures and practices to ensure they comply with local, provincial, and federal regulations
- Attend meetings with senior management to report on and discuss quality control issues
- Train employees to meet quality standards in all areas of the production process
- Monitor finished products to confirm their compliance with quality standards and remove those which fail to comply
- For ensuring that the company’s products meet quality standards and regulations.
- Responsible for creating and enforcing the quality standards, procedures and policies for the company.
- To work with the QA/QC team on testing and quality standards, but also work with employees in general to ensure they understand the quality standards that are required throughout the process.
- Should handle data related to quality to analyze the company’s performance as well as quality reports and documentation that are required as part of the QA procedures.
- To make sure that a company’s products or services meet the standards expected by customers. They can also help a business improve its procedures, work more efficiently, and identify problems that need to be addressed.
- Should carry out regular inspections to determine whether product or service standards are being met. They will also hold meetings with manufacturing or service managers to gain more information about day-to-day operations.

Experience requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience working in Plastic manufacturing industries.
- Experienced in Implementing Integrated Management systems (IMS).
- ISO 9001-Lead Auditor , NEBOSH , IOSH ,ISO 65001 , ISO 16001
- Experience in PET, Blow Molding and Injection Molding production process is must
Qualification required
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Polymer Science
