QA/QC Engineer – Veolia
Responsibilities
- To support all onsite and offsite QA/QC activities for assigned project / operational location; - To support the implementation, and full compliance with Integrated Management System (IMS) on assigned project / operational location; - Undertake / participate in inspection and testing activities to provide verification, and record that site activities have been completed to applicable requirements; - To identify, document and investigate all Project Quality Non Conformance's, ensuring corrections and corrective measures are proposed and implemented within prescribed periods - Support the implementation of Quality elements of the Integrated Management System (IMS). - To support all onsite and offsite QA/QC activities as defined in the Quality Management Plan (QMP); - To review contract specifications and requirements and assist with preparation of Quality Management Plan. - Support Internal Quality Audit processes and those of suppliers / subcontractors; - Prepare necessary inspection and testing documentation with applicable supporting evidence, and provide for review, approval, and distribution. - Support continuous improvement opportunity activities, including those related to the QMS; - Maintain all necessary contemporary Quality records (eg, ITPs, and Material Approvals, Inspection, Calibration) and ensure they are available; - To identify, document and investigate all Quality Non-Conformance's, ensuring corrections and corrective measures are proposed and implemented within prescribed periods; - Report on quality related matters to QA/QC Manager, including preparation of monthly summary reports; - Prepare submission of QA/QC Certification, MPR, and other documents required in the contract; - Any other duties as may be required by the company.
Requirements:
- Bachelor Engineering or Similar - Certified Lead Auditor QMS 9001:2015 - 10 years’ experience as a QA/QC professional following the Quality Management System, preferably in Operation & Maintenance of industrial facilities/plants, with at least 3 years in a similar role covering the O&M of STPPTPPSNetworks (water business). - At least 6 years of recent regional experience as a QA/QC Engineer
