QA/QC Civil Engineer

• Review project specifications and ensure compliance with all quality requirements
• Develop and implement quality control procedures and processes
• Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure compliance with quality standards Identify and resolve any quality issues and non-conformities
• Collaborate with project managers and engineers to develop and implement quality improvement initiatives Prepare and submit quality reports to management and clients
• Ensure that all construction materials and equipment meet quality standards
• Monitor and evaluate subcontractor performance to ensure compliance with quality requirements
• Provide training and guidance to project teams on quality control processes and procedures
• Stay updated on industry best practices and new quality control technologies

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in quality assurance and quality control within the construction industry
• Excellent knowledge of relevant regulations and codes
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Ability to work well in a team and collaborate with project stakeholders
• Proficient in using quality control tools and software
• Certifications in quality control and quality assurance will be an advantage
