Job Description

Responsibilities
  • Monitoring supplier agreements through key performance indicators and reports on achievements.
  • Overseeing the key performance indicators and achievement reports to ensure supplier agreements are maintained.
  • Coordinating with the suppliers directly to negotiate the best quality and terms of delivery at a cost-effective rate.
  • Manage the daily purchasing as per the set policy and procedures.
  • Maintain supplier files and do their proper evaluation.
  • Set the credit terms with vendors.
  • Minimize the cash purchases.
  • Create blanket purchase agreements with Vendors per company policies and industry standards.
  • Handle all procurement procedures, including order placing, document arrangement, and delivery.

Skills

  • Should be a bachelor's in Supply Chain Management or relevant qualification.
  • Should have construction industry experience.
  • Must be IT literate. Should have the experience to use Microsoft Office and Outlook.
  • Should have hands-on experience in using ERP.
  • Must have experience in negotiating with vendors.
  • Must have at least 3 years of experience in the property management industry.
  • Should have good communication skills. Can understand Arabic and fluent in English.
  • Should have transferable iqama.
